2010 HOA Dues Letters are out.
Letters to formally levy 2010 dues have been mailed and should be arriving in the next day or two. Dues will remain at $300 and can be mailed to the post office box at PO Box 176, Liberty, MO 64069 or can be paid here on the website for a nominal fee to the processing service.
Pool keycards will be distributed in the Spring to new owners who have paid their dues. Current owners who do not pay their dues on time will have their cards deactivated.
